The Forbidden Fruit Complex

It's a man thing. For some reason, we like the things we cannot have. When it's laid out there on a platter for us, we couldn't care less about it. But once it's out of bounds, that's when we want it most. And this can be just about anything:
  • That elusive fish
  • Bigfoot
  • That out-of-production car
  • A hole-in-one
  • Somebody's wife
  • Landing on the moon
The bible says Eve coerced Adam into plucking that forbidden fruit. But I suspect it was Adam's idea all along. He can't help it. He's a man. And men are hunters. We like the thrill of the chase. The adrenaline rush.

Tsk, tsk, tsk! Dangerous creatures, we men.

    At last someone agrees with me! That it was Adam! You men are always blaming the women for things which you men actually did yourself! "O, don't write it down in history that it was actually the men's fault, Blame it on the women, she won't mind!" Hahhaha

    Mankind (and womankind as well!) would have been saved if Adam & Eve were Chinese. They would have eaten the serpent instead of the forbidden fruit! LOL.

    anjali - true, but i also expect that the chinese adam and eve will open the fruit, take the seed..plant it.. make more fruits and then sell it for profit.
